Battery Warranties must be handled through the retailer you originally purchased the battery from. This form is for all non-battery products.

Please Note: Your warranty form must include a copy of a proof of purchase, with purchase date and part number listed, for yourBikeMaster product in order to get a claim started. 

BikeMaster parts and accessories are covered by a limited one-year warranty. Our products have been carefully inspected at the factory and have met the most rigid manufacturing specifications of any product today. If within one year of the purchase date, theBikeMaster product fails, a replacement part will be provided

(see Product Failure Inspection below).

To be considered a valid claim, all returns must include:

-Failed Part – must be returned to BikeMaster within 30 days of failure
-Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase
-BikeMaster Warranty Claim Form

This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed, maintained or has been subjected to improper operation or use. If it is determined by BikeMaster to its satisfaction, that the part is defective and that the part was properly installed on the correct machine, with the machine in good repair and not intentionally damaged or used for commercial purpose or racing, BikeMaster will provide a replacement part.
